::Stopped at the office at 1:30 to see if they had any available rentals, but the office was locked and closed even though it says they are open until 3

::Don’t walk away…. Run! You will never get any repair work done, if you do it will never be in a timely manner! Cost increases every year but the quality of living here decreases rapidly. No pool for 3 years now, it’s been on “the list” for 2 years. They do give violations to try and clean up the park but don’t you dare expect them to fix anything! Even necessary items that should be fixed like water, heat, air conditioning, sinking flooring, mold… you name it they aren’t fixing it!

::Overall, it’s a nice place to call home. They let you do “promise to pay” for your rent if you need to pay past the due date which is a life saver. BUT their has been new office management ladies in there like three or four times since we moved in two years ago. That’s crazy. the water seems to be turned off often, they say they send out a text to let residents know, but we have NEVER gotten a texts despite some residents receiving one. They have a Facebook page that they rarely use, maybe they could utilize that to let us know when the water will be off. Maintenance never answer the phone. Even emergency maintenance. So you basically have to fix everything yourself. We will be looking for a new home this year.

::Moved out on August 2022 and had to call consistently for 3 months to try to get my deposit back. Check finally got made Dec 1st. I sold my home so no reason to hold my deposit for any inspections as another tenet moved in taking over monthly lot rent.

::Just don't! Keep looking. Moved into my place in June. Bathroom mirror was on the ground shattered during walk in. Never replaced. Furnace filter looked like it hadn't been changed EVER. Entire HVAC system covered in inches of dust. About 1/4 inch of daylight comes through both doors letting out all the heating and air. Dishwasher rollers broken. Yard was a hot mess. Outside of house needs washed - tons of spiders and bugs working their way in. No screen doors - they said they stopped replacing them. No screens on windows - those are "on order". All reported to office multiple times including my move in sheet. They promise to fix and never follow through on! Pool will probably never be repaired so hopefully that isn't something you are interested in. For $1200+ a month you can find a place that takes care of their tenants who pay on time and maintain cleanliness in their homes. Oh!!! And they told me guests could park up at the office area. They forgot to mention that if they park on the right side, they will be towed which will cost you $200 to get the vehicle back. No signs at all to indicate that is "office parking only". 8 or so spots for 2 office ladies who never follow through seems a bit excessive!
