  The worst customer service ever. My son filed a chargeback for charges that were wrong. They bank refused to chargeback company and he lost $178. Asked multiple time for branch manager to call me. Never once heard back from him. Everytime I went to Office got same store from women at desk. Do not bank with them if you value your money. In my line of work I have dealt with chargebacks and this is first time I have ever seen a back take the side of a merchant with an F rating on BBB over a customer. I give them negative stars if I could.
