  I don't know how to rate them. I filled out an online form asking them to call so I could discuss problems with our washer. They never called. If they aren't going to respond to on-line forms, why bother with them?

  Doug Wandler is Honest, Helpful, and saved my wife and I $800 in parts and repair! I am a auto mechanic and car dealer with my basic knowledge of repair thanks to Doug he not only walked me thru my Whirlpool Washer repair, but helped me get my money back under warranty on the part that I needed! Doug restored my faith in my fellow man, they do not build them any better than Doug, Thanks again and let me tell you in this economy when every dollar counts, if you need repair and do not want to get ripped off!!!! call Doug at Lake Country Repair. very very happy!!
