  Absolutely horrible experience, I came in at around 10:50am ... waited until 1pm because they were doing other people’s hair... I told Lady B herself when I first walked in that my hair was natural and I wasn’t gonna blow dry it.. she said if you want we can blow dry it on cold but you have to blow dry it... I don’t wanna blow dry it at all but said ok.. she said “do you want to do it? I said yes that’s fine just no heat.. when they finally got ready to do my hair at close to 1pm the other lady then tell me she had to blow dry it, I say that’s fine but on “cool” she kept saying no they can’t blah blah.. so then Lady B tells me I have to blow dry my hair myself in the store..?!? I was shocked, I said “you guys don’t blow dry people’s hair” she said if you want it on cool you have to blow dry it.. then lady B says when your done blow drying it if it’s still not good enough you blow dry it again.. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted that she had me wait all that time just to tell me I have to do my own hair.. I walked out. I would never go back there again & definitely won’t recommend it.

  use to love lady b but for the past few times the hair they have been using was no good

  I been going here for years but never had a problem into one time I took my daughter and cousin lady worker was pulling my lil cousin hair to tight and got mad when I said something. About it but far as the other works great job

  Stole a pack of hair I paid for and kept asking me how much did I bring.. I brought enough for my hair to be done. The process was rushed and instead of the braids loosening up days after it ended up making my head numb. I tried all the tricks to loosen the braids and relieve the pain and nothing worked. I ended up taking them out because I'd rather keep my hair instead of losing it. I will never go back.
