  Very rud staff representating Lacoste. I wouldn't go back to this stor ever as they told me to get out of the stor because I asked for coprate number and refused to exchange my T shirt. Ryan and Isaysla lol like tired and not wanting to work. Both of them very rud!

  If I could give them a minus 5 rating I would!! The most appalling shopping/retail experience I have ever had! The staff were very rude, not helpful what so ever and their customer service is something they probably need to look up! I have worked in the customer service business for many years and this store is way below par. My husband was unable to return an item because the purchase had passed it's 30 day return policy, which is absolutely fine, but when he asked to get information about how to talk to someone in the customer service department he was threatened to have security remove him from the store! Being able to contact customer service is a right of any customer. This was an absolute nightmare! The agent named Ryan disrespected a loyal Lacoste customer from many years.
