  The building is older & dirtier than I anticipated. The workers seem to care. I feel they treat businesses better than the plaintiffs but as is life. Conference went smooth.

  I was treated as if I was a 12 yr. Old who through a temper because I was let go at a job. When I made it clear it was not about the money & simply the disrespect I received at the job. I was laughed at like some simpleton who can't understand words. I often don't expect much from people. But I do expect. Some respect & I was completly disregarded at the fact of how I was treated. I would have even took an apology and the fact that I did not get this and the lady who worked on my case laughed too. Shows they really don't care. I will be writing a letter to the head commissioner in charge (I have a strong feeling he or she is unaware) of how disrespectful & unprofessional these people are and can be.

  Thank you to Norma Quezada for handling my case with such care and professionalism. Cut these people a break! They are handling thousands of cases at a time, and usually with people who are angry or upset before they even enter the building. No one wants to be at a labor hearing, so don't blame or take it out on the employees.

  I am so frustrated with these incompetent people. I am about to possibly lose a lot of money because they never followed through after my employer no showed at the conference. I almost had to harass Kim Vu to follow up the hearing and she just kept making excuse why she didn't return my call. Finally when I reminded her my employer is almost insolvent and trying not to pay me a lot of money and defraud investors she got a sense of urgency, hello wake up, and scheduled the hearing after my employer is set to close their doors and not pay me anything. Thanks for nothing Kim and incompetent people. She casually mentioned oh you can sue them in court last week..........well gee Kim thanks for letting me know that too late to make it effective. The stereotype of the government worker who doesn't do anything but push paper fits these people perfect. If I lose my money some of them hopefully will be losing their jobs for not doing it and misinforming me.
