  I've never been to another drug test lab, but this is how I imagine all drug test labs to be like. Therefore, this one star rating is not just for this lab, but for all labs. Don't have high expectations people. ....And don't do drugs.

  The staff is just rude. The wouldn't even speak to you nicely. The lady at the sign in would not let me sign in even though I had an appointment confirmation. I showed her the confirmation I had that was sent to me from their website. How could she do that ? The staff is just not professional.

  Super quick and easy. Went in for a pre-employment test. I was only in there for about..7 mins. I was able to go during my lunch break. Yay

  I was in and out. I was so relieved as I went to the Chinatown location last week, they were in disarray. They could find all the parts to the test I was taking. It was not a confidence building situation. So I left and returned a week later, today at the Wall/ Broadway Street location. Happy about my profession and timely experience.

  Great place. Fast a very very friendly. After I read the reviews I was hesitant to go here but it was close to work. Arrived at 8:35 and out at 8:53. Super friendly staff. Deana took my blood and I didn't even felt tge pinch. Lovely lady. Thanks so much. What a pleasant surprise.
