  While the staff is quick to attend to your needs and keep the wait time lower than other local LabCorp locations, it may be a result of cutting corners. I went to this location for bloodwork requiring multiple venipunctures. Because the person taking care of me was in a rush, I had small hematomas on each arm (which are still healing weeks later), likely because the needles were placed too far into my arms/through the veins. When I brought this to their attention, they sort of shrugged it off, telling me to ice my arms when I got home and if needed, to go to my physician. Its clear that retraining may be needed so that technicians can avoid things like this, just something to consider, particularly if the patient is a small child, elderly person, etc. I will not be returning here in the future.

  Although Union City is much closer to me, the Google Reviews scared me off. Because I was paying a Lyft to get here, I wanted it to be perfect and it was! My appointment was for 8pm. I got in early at 7:45 and was done by 8pm! Amazing! The staff is very courteous too.

  The staff here are very professional and personable. If you have ever had a nightmare experience with having blood work done, this place will definetly change your outlook for the better. I am one of those people who have major anxiety about needles/ bloodwork. Johanna is Amazing!!! I had to have 12 large tubes taken and I didn't feel a thing! Quick and painless =)

  The reception didn't even look at me when I was asking a simple question, they want you in and out in the bad way. I went for a simple drug test and it look like they do not have time for those think in this place. Horrible customer service.

  I live in union city, because of terrible reviews of lab corp near me I chose to come here. The service was fast and people were nice. Recommend it
