  I was in and out in 5 minutes. I came for a pre-employment drug test (urine test) the receptionist seemed friendly, told me to sign in. The place seemed small but clean it's right in front of bus stop came real early by the way but there was a good number of people already waiting.

  Very long waiting time. There is only one person working both. as the receptionist and as the one drowing blood

  My doctor never received the results via fax, cannot speak to a human when you call. The message just says "Speak to your doctor to receive your results." Total waste of money and time.

  This place is fine if you never need to know your results. Employees at their testing facilities are very nice and professional. Their patient portal is less than useless. Fax or e-mail a release form with your license to some black box somewhere and never hear from them again. (fax? for access to a website?) Over 2 weeks and not even a confirmation that they have received the request! No phone number to call. No response from e-mails. Do I need to go on? I think you get the picture. No accountability. Who knows who has a copy of my license now? This is a publicly traded company.. sell now.
