  Super nice staff. They are very paitent and do not rush when someone is having a difficult time. Not a long wait time and the facility is very clean.

  The service was straight out of a third world country. You wait in the lobby for an hour and then you wait even more inside.

  The nurses in this lab are rude and don't seem to love what they are doing. I called to make an appointment and ask what I need to bring with me to get my lab work done. The nurse on the phone only told me that I can walk in anytime, no need for appointment, and I don't need to bring anything with me. I walked in on Saturday, I was in the waiting room for an hour and a half. When I was called to the desk, I was asked for paperwork !!! Yes, I of course did not have it as I was under the impression I do not need one. I asked her why they don't say that on the phone. The nurse said that they expect me to know! Well, the public does not have the nurse knowledge! duh! Time is very valuable to many people. My time was simply wasted while waiting in messy noisy dirty wait room on a Saturday. Do your self a favor and find a lab elsewhere where nurses take pride of their career.

  They still use the old big needle to draw blood!! Now you find those butterfly needle everywhere! Never again in this place!
