::The phlebotomist didnโt draw blood from me correctly. She left the tourniquet on for too long, which causes hemoconcentration. She cleaned the site, retouched it and didnโt clean it again. She didnโt invert the tubes. She didnโt write my information in front of me on the tube or made me verify. AND she didnโt do the 2-point check. Unprofessional.

::I came here with my 6 year old daughter for a blood withdrawal, we both needed it done. The technician was efficient and pleasant. My daughter was in full freak out mode and the technician maintained her cool and performed her task expediently. My draw was quick and relatively painless. The wait was short but we do tend to do our appointments mid-morning, so that does help with wait times. I recommend making an appointment as that should help with waiting.

::I had an excellent experience my first time here--I've never had blood drawn so efficiently and painlessly. Technician was cheery, conversational, and clearly skilled. He made it feel more like a nice conversation with a friend (with a little bit of blood work on the side), rather than a slow, cold, nerve-wracking moment in a lab. Stopped by as a walk-in around 1 pm. on a Thursday and waited maybe 10 minutes, during which time someone came around and let me know that they'll be right with me--points for not ignoring their clients like some other places do! While I do agree with other reviewers in that their front-end service is sparse (there was nobody there when I came in), I waited for no more than 5 minutes to be helped. No complaints about the quality of the labor.

::I have been using this facility for 10 years. I never had a problem. I was always friendly to the staff. They drew my blood quickly and efficiently. Never had a problem. By reading the reviews I see that most reviewers have very poor English skills. MAYBE THAT WAS THE PROBLEM.lack of communication. ALSO people will treat you kindly if you treat them with respect. I HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN RUDE AND DEMANDING CUSTOMERS . THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK.
