  The staff is detached and you better let them know when you have an appointment. Just putting in the sign in form is not enough! They give you excuses as to why they ignore that.

  2 hour wait for a 2 minute drug screen. Rude and unprofessional.

  Firstly, I've been sitting here watching the girl at the front desk talk to people. No one greeted politely, attitude towards everyone. Nothing but contempt and intolerance to people asking simple questions. Rolling eyes, huffing and puffing. Secondly, an ON DUTY suffolk police officer came in for labwork and was refused due to his firearm

  WORST IN EVERY WAY. Wait time up to 3 hours. Phlebs think they are brain surgeons because they can draw blood. I am an ER nurse and have never witnessed treatment of patients in the manner they are treated at this lab. I would travel 20 miles out of the way not to use this lab.
