  This place is lack of customer service. I went in there for the first time and the front desk lady did not even say hi. She place the signing book there and still did not say anything. She did not even say I'll be with you have a seat. The person that is in charge should really do something about this. It is horrible.

  I am writing this review in regards to my boyfriends visit; he was forced to give a credit card when he arrived even though he has insurance. When he called his insurance they said he does not have to give a credit card at labs. Then they went ahead and charged his card when his insurance pays for it. Labcorp lies. They did the same to me at the Paramus location but I would not give my credit card. I have the same insurance as he does. People must have abused the system to bring it to this point.

  I wish I read the bad reviews on Yelp before I visited this facility. The receptionist was inappropriately disrespectful to customers and lacks training in common courtesy. Her tone and manner of addressing their clients leaves much to be desired. Please train her or fire her if you need this business to thrive. I'm hoping that Google will be a better platform to reach all potential customers. Please do not go to this location.
