  Very different experience the two times I went. The first time, a trainee was going to take my blood but when she couldn't even figure out how to tie the elastic I said no way. Patients are not guinea pigs. The second time was fine.

  They don't know how to draw blood. I was there for over 30 minutes as they tried. I told them where was best but the lady refused to listen to me. Then proceeded to take the needle in and out about 10 times. I finally told her to stop and told her that she can't do that. She then gave me an attitude and told me that it's my fault because my veins are not good. She then got another lady who had a difficult time as well, but at least she listened to me when I told her what spots were best. I have never had such a bad experience just to get blood drawn. Yes, I don't have the best veins, but my normal spot, the lady gets it in 1 shot. I hate that my new doctor wants me to use this lab. I dread having to go here again with these rude woman and have them poke me for 30 minutes.

  I had great experience. I just noticed this drug testing is no joke. A very serious step by step collection. Going back this year for school drug test.

  They don't even say hi to you even if you enthusiastically say hi. I had to go here three times to take one drug test. The first time they were closed for an unannounced reason. The second time even though their hours are until four they only did urine tests till 2:00pm? And the third time it was finally completed. When I went there the lady rolled her eyes and said I guess you can come over here after so signed in. Then zip walked by a room where three women were I guess on break. So since one of them had to witness they had to take a break from their break to which they all showed enthusiasm.

  Very clean & clutter free. The receptionist is polite, efficient & available. She pays attention! The whole team of phlebotomist's always hit my vein the 1st time without unnecessary Pain. My veins are small & roll. Many trained Anesthesiologist's have made my life miserable prior to surgery. Always missing my veins, or resticking me like I was a pin cushion; leaving me with an awful Hemotoma! Made me so scared before surgery😥. LabCorp nurses sre Exceptional. They listen to our concerns. I know which srm has better veins. A friend goes by a beauty mark on her arm, where her vein is always plump & easy to draw. I highly recomnend LabCorp. I had too many untrained peeps in the past who hurt me & created undue Anxiety. Thank you LabCorp.
