  Rude rude rude that is what this place is. No customer service. But they do not care how long you sit there.

  The first lady I encountered at the front desk was rude. The bathrooms are a joke. If one were applying for a job and had to provide a sample, there is no way that I could see that the staff could ensure that someone didn't bring in another person's sample and just switch it in tje the bathroom. The worst part is their billing practices. They take forever to bill you, and they will hound you forever for $13.

  Awful experience. Unknowable staff who do not care or show any ounce of empathy for their patients. I had to go there 5 times before they finally got it right (or so they thought). When I left I get a call that I have to go back because I need to do ANOTHER test that was ordered on the script. They didn’t read the script carefully enough. So I refused to go back there and had their office fax over my script to the Sayville office. Staff in Sayville was pleasant and knowledgeable, a refreshing experience after dealing with the unprofessional and careless staff at Medford.

  I'm pretty sure theres only.one person working here and I've been her an hour and a half I love lab Corp but the one on the corner of n.ocean and middle country is 20 times better I always get seen with in 15 min at the other place ...if u like waiting hours then I would say this location is best
