  Terrible service. Had to wait over 1 hour to be seen. Very rude front desk.

  I normally go to Lab Corp New City. But it opens only at 8:00 AM and since I had to go to office early I decided to go to Pomona for blood work., which opens at 7:00 AM. I was the third person and the by the time I got out from there it was 800 AM. There were two employees to handles the patients. Where as in New City there is only one person to handle paper work and blood work and I will still be out within half an hour even if I am 7th or 8th person. Love for work make a difference.!

  Overall clean and friendly. The office was understaffed so the delay I experienced was understandable. But decided to leave after having walk-in who came in after get called first. The lack of ability to multitask between people who needed to simply pee in a cup vs needing to speak to a physician was the only real negative.
