  Most amazing salon in brooklyn. Only come here if you want to have the best eyebrows and nails. The salon is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. I have been going to the salon owner for 10 years and she never lets me down. Must have an appointment. Anyone who writes a bad review probably never got an appointment because theres no way you could possibly think the job done is anything less then the best.

  In reading the reviews here it is clear to me that those who actually patronize Lana and L.A.B Salon Spa all think she is amazing - and she is! the reviews that call her racist are nothing more than lies and an attempt to take away business from Lana. I am not Russian and Lana treats me with respect and kindness all of the time. She is far from a racist! So to the 2 individuals who clearly have a chip on their shoulders and a severe attitude problem, its your loss! But I am glad neither of you will be there at the same time as I. If you want the most amazing pedicure, manicure, waxing, laser hair removal, massage, facial or eye lash extensions done, come to L.A.B. Salon Spa and get treated like royalty in a state of the art facility. You wont regret it!

  I have been servicing at this salon for over 10 years and I have to say that I always receive the best service! I get gel manicures and get compliments every time I have a new design. My pedicures are always thorough and the products used are top of the line. I also get Brazilian wax and eyebrows and am always very satisfied with everything! Lana is amazing at everything she does!

  I have been Lana’s customer for more than 30 years and never will you find a more professional, inviting salon with the warmest operators working there. It definitely is “home” and I would never go elsewhere. Miriam Blue, you don’t know what you are talking about. Did you ever hear of “making an appointment”. You shouldn’t expect to just walk in to a shop and expect people to drop everything, including the people they are working on who had appointments, and be taken. If you ask me, they are the lucky ones to be rid of you!

  Disgusting treatment!! I was recommended by a friend to come to this salon to do my eyebrows. I went there today with my sister. From the moment we came in, the ladies working there all stared us down and made us feel so small. We asked for Lana, who is the one who does eyebrows and they ignored us. Lana then came out and didn’t even greet us or welcome us. She was being so rude and racist towards us. I don’t understand how this salon remains open with the negativity they have on their clients. I AM DISGUSTED. Never again am I coming to this place. If you’re not Russian, don’t bother coming here unless you want to be treated like garbage. Pathetic.
