  So the owner seems to be more out for himself than building a loyal customer base. I purchased a product that was not at all to my liking. I paid with my debit but the owner refused to give me a refund even after I said I would accept even half the amount back as I would have absolutely no use for this product. He refused stating that he would have to call the bank to have the charges reversed. We are only talking about $15 dollars here and you need to include the bank?? Lol ok. Very lousy lousy customer service to say the least. I went over to Maverick Smoke Shop right around the corner and found the service and products much better than La Tia's. And they also have a larger selection. Oh and did I mention the customer service was much better.....

  This place is AWESOME. Excellent service, very accommodating and helpful. The person who helped me was extremely knowledgeable of products and was very kind and generous and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. I recommend this place with high regard!!!!!!
