::I only stayed here because I had to. If you find dumpy comfortable, then this is the place for you. Seriously. If you have the option, stay somewhere else. I (and my co-workers) only stayed here because it is where our employer booked us. Otherwise, I would have left. Upon arrival, two of my co-workers immediately had to change their rooms. One of the rooms had not been cleaned at all (sheets not changed, trash scattered about the room, bathroom not cleaned). The other room was apparently experiencing plumbing issues. My room was just...dumpy. Despite the unappealing color and patterning of the actual carpet, the various white and brown stains on it were apparent. I had to pull one of the bed side stands a little further from the wall to plug my phone charger in, and quickly wish I hadn't. The back of the table, wall and floor had a nice thick pelt of dust and stuff that clearly had not been cleaned in months...maybe longer. The behind furniture spaces were like that throughout the room. There were small, but easily found stains on the sheets (all layers of them). The mattress was well worn to the point that you could easily see where people had formed permanent divots (which did their best to swallow me every night). Uncomfortable is as kind as I can describe the sleeping experience. The bathroom was the best looking part of the room, but who really knows? A few of the towels had permanent stains, and I just gave up and sat those aside. I believe there were as many dogs in residence as humans during my week long stay. A room across from me had three of them. Finding a beer can or bottle...or two, by the elevator window in the mornings was a common occurrence. Any given time of day, the elevator randomly smelled of cigarette smoke, but it was in the evenings after dark when it was so thick with the smell of weed that someone may as well have been burning a blunt beside you. Breakfast was sparse, considering the price of the rooms and numerous other hotels chains in the same range that I've stayed out. Hot or cold beverages, three types of cold cereal, mini waffles, if you wanted, bread products and hard boiled eggs. At least the coffee was consistently good. The main reason this isn't a one star is because the General Manager and all of the front desk staff were always very kind and pleasant people who actually seemed to care. It's like they were assigned to this run down hotel (that really needs a remodel; just do over) and there was nothing they could do about it, so may as well try to make the best of it.

::We stayed one night for a concert at the Broadmoor world arena. Location was outstanding, it was a short walk to the arena. Check-in was quick and staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was decent and clean. The air-conditioning unit was noisy but bearable for a one night stay. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel but for the price and location just what we needed. The staff definitely made up for any of the shortcomings of the room.

::For the price, the room should be in much better condition. First impression was a receptionist that seemed very unfriendly. I was apparently disturbing her from whatever. Got to my room and the lever to the door only worked when pulling up. When hanging my shirts, noted an ironing board but no iron. Notified front desk to avoid misc charge. After a few phone calls decided to watch some TV. Couldn't find the remote. Pulled the night stands forward thinking MAYBE it fell behind there. There was stuff behind them alright. Probably a couple years worth of trash! Called front desk to ask about a remote. I had to go get it (guess it was my fault it was missing)! Breakfast....what a joke! No eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. Had your choice of bread, some muffins, cereal, or waffles. COVID IS OVER management! Overall, this is probably the worst place I have stayed in the past 6 months (coming from platinum member). Next time I'm in the area, I think I'll give Motel 6 a try!

::Okay so I've stayed at this place a couple of times so I feel like I'm comfortable giving it a two stars depending on which day you go the staff can be pretty decent the rooms are dated but clean kind of. I would most definitely not choose this hotel if I was traveling alone there seems to be a lot of riff raft towards the back entrances and in the hallways the elevator was a little scary only because of how dated it is they do serve breakfast And the lobby is pretty clean so we did eat but like I said it depends on when you go because the staff that I had the second morning for breakfast she was kind of a nightmare barked at me over a tray and had to let the whole room know that that was the last tray she had after initially telling me no because the cleaning staff doesn't bring them down from the rooms I guess not really my problem I just needed a tray I also ended up standing at the counter for like a good 5-10 minutes before somebody came from the back even though I know they heard and saw me standing there because they were talking and stop talking when I said hello they didn't come out until I actually rang the doorbell on the counter

::Very pleasant and affordable stay. Maintenance is a little behind and elevators often smelled like weed, but the service and friendly staff were a blessing. Internet worked great, too; much better than I expect from hotel internet.
