::The room had a horrible oder, it is extremely noisy, the front desk will do nothing about the 20+ children running around the balcony and taking over the pool. The dog in the room next door is howling due to the noise. When we arrived we tried to find a better room but ended up walking into rooms that were not even cleaned. I will be taking this situation to corporate. There is no reason that the children running around and screaming could not be handled by the staff. They are chilling in the stairway eating and leaving their trash everywhere. Do yourself a favor and stay on the other side of the bay. Only good thing is the Taco Bell a couple miles down the road. I have already contacted the front desk twice about the situation. Try simply do not care.

::This hotel needs updating badly. The manager on duty had a nasty attitude woke up the next morning found a roach crawling in the bed i took a picture and told her about it she didn't seem to really care she did change the room then the next room she put me in dirty water was all over the bathroom floor and hair was in the bath tub. I do not recommend staying at this hotel but if someone is looking for a cheap stay then you will get what you pay for. Cheaper is not always good. Lesson learned. Very DISAPPOINTED

::Very basic hotel stay. Nothing exceptional, nothing terrible. No fridge in the room, weird smell in the room, only one pillow per bed. The location seemed to be really shady. It’s literally located in a mall parking lot under a highway overpass. We were only there for a night so it wasn’t that big of a deal. The manager was really friendly and helpful. Front desk night girl, not so much. About 20 min drive to the French Quarter

::So arrive ladies at front desk were great. Got to our room was clean. At first no table or fridge / microwave but that was fix quick with out any problem. Our service guy did a great job. Would recommend this place. Only thing is that during rush hour in and out of town can take time. Breakfast is good with yogurt, small muffins, waffles juice and coffee runs till 9am but I would say better to get there by 8 for better selection.

::Don’t ever come to this hotel. It’s gross and smells like a smokers house. I’m not even lying, I had to go buy some air fresheners to make it smell decent. The free breakfast is gross, but yet again.... it’s free. So pick your own battles. The beds are so stiff and people are always coming in and out of the hotel, you can keep hearing people talking outside and can’t sleep at all. Not a good place to stay.
