::This was a okay motel with a great breakfast but the price was too high for what you were getting. The room was old and run down but there was USB ports to charge devices. The staff were amazing and the manager was very nice and helpful if you needed any help at all.

::Check in process was quick and efficient. Room was smaller than expected. Bedding was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, however, was run down and overall disgusting. We opted to get on the road without showers due to the appearance of everything. There was a giant fuzzy mold growing in the toilet. The response from the front desk upon checkout was insufficient in my opinion...they wrote it down in a book but no apology. The breakfast was subpar...no cooking oil for the waffle maker and many items ran out. There wasn't enough seating at 7:10 when breakfast opened at 7:00. There was a steady rush of guests until we left at 7:50. Overall, would not recommend this location due to the poor upkeep and mediocre customer service.

::Cons first: This location is right near the train tracks and not in the best neighborhood (though not terrible). Trains could be heard blowing their whistles every hour or so. The mattresses could be updated. Pros: Very good customer service. All members of staff were friendly and accomodating. Very helpful and personable. I asked for a room on the second floor and the lady who checked me in was agreeable. It's usually hard to find hotel staff who seem to enjoy their work, but these ladies and gentlemen were wonderful.

::The location if the Inn was pretty good. Right off of the highway and near downtown Nashville. Our room was pretty clean. One if the guys at the front desk was pretty cool. Beds were really uncomfortable though. It felt like the mattresses were as old as the building.

::Stayed here to move our daughter into her first year of college. Wish they had queen beds instead of double beds but they were comfy. Always love hotels with free breakfast! Helps a family budget work better. Close enough to Vanderbilt if you have a car. Outdoor pool with view of parking lot ... I'd stay here again. Edit added - My duffle bag was forgotten in the parking lot when we loaded the car. We doubled back before heading home w/crossed fingers that it was still there. Fortunately the staff saw it and retrieved it and held it for me behind the desk. They searched it trying to find a phone #. Nothing was missing. I was so grateful! True customer service.
