::This hotel took a bad situation and made it worse. I reserved a two bedroom room through Priceline and made the mistake of going to the wrong location. The lady at the counter mistook us for the wrong guests and sent us to a room with one bed — another reasonable mistake. However, when I noticed it was the wrong room and tried to fix it, the staff brushed me off and didn’t bother to check the reservation. So I went to bed. An hour later I woke up to security knocking on our door telling us it wasn’t our room and we had to leave. TLDR: we were given the wrong room were then kicked out after we had already gone to bed

::The hotel was okay for the price that we paid, but it was not as clean as I wanted it to be. The staff could have also been a little friendlier. They made it seem like we were such an inconvience while checking us in. Overall, decent place if you just need the bare necessities for a hotel! You also can't ever go wrong with free breakfast.

::The lady at the front desk on March 18 was very friendly and super helpful. She went well above and ensuring that I was taken care in regards to getting a room at the very last minute. If I ever come back to El Paso I would stay here just for the great service.

::I have just checked into this hotel and within one hour, I knew it was a mistake. The TV did not w to and the girl at the front desk said there was nothing she could Do about it. Even switching the batteries did not help. Then as I was getting ready for bed, I tried to turn the heater on, but to no avail. It Would turn on no matter what I did. I called the front desk again and demanded a refund. How can any hotel room not have a working heater? This just blows my mind, since I am sure someone had to know about these things not working. Seems like a deliberate ruse to save money on utilities for a room. No matter what the outcome is, I will never ever stay at another LaQuinta as long as I live. What a pitiful excuse for a hotel.
