::It say they open at 10. I waited and the first employee arrives 5 minutes late. I give her time to set up and then she tells me that they're not open yet. I told her that is says that they open at 10 and she says yeah but I don't have anything out yet. She wanted me to wait an extra 20 minutes before she started making my pie. That's ridiculous

::More than half burnt pizza waisted my gas and time. Manager assistant's response when confronted "yeah I know". Get It Together.

::I like the price and the location but there are too many good food options to eat here again. The pizza is NOT good enough to miss out on trying one of the places at the 4th Street Market or if it is late, getting a sausage at the Wursthaus. If you want to match the price to food ratio, go get some mexican food at Guadalajara's across the street. If you like good pizza, I suggest you do NOT eat here. You could please cranky children fairly quickly here though. P.S. "Little Ceasars" is only a couple blocks away and though not great, the pizza much better (and cheap).

::The "Assitant Manager" was getting all loud over the phone, while I'm trying to explain why didn't I get my marinella sauce with my bread sticks. She even hung up on me. Not just because it's called "Pizza Loca" you got to go "Loca." I will sure like to speak to someone in charge about this bad customer service!
