  Horrible management, manager doesn’t even want to listen to what you have to say cuts you off takes pictures of you & then drives off, you get fined $100 for every rule broken, Pool is closed, you get charged for your parking space in front of your own mobile home $25 per month. Can’t even park in front of my driveway to take groceries out without getting fined. You cannot have 2 cars parked in front of house even though it fits both cars perfectly. People are very nosy, they will snitch you out, people don’t know how to mind there own business, the manager has the people that live here on his side tell me who breaks the rules & you will be on my good side, he’s a scam & a fraud with the rules & fines. I should be able to park & unload groceries whenever I please but you cannot. Very unprofessional, poor management. LA METRO should get new management ASAP ! Make the parking free as it’s in front of your house & up lift the rules.

  Worse place to live, rent goes up every 6 month's. Manager complains about every move you do.. People here complain about everything as well... They all talk about eachother!! Worse place to move in to. Barely going on 2 years & a lot has happened.. Not peaceful!

  my tia lives here and the nice thing about this place my tia rent the hall to make partys and its big good size to be with family and the pools as longest their is an adult the kids can go in even visit
