  absolutely horrible service!! i ordered and paid for a dumpster, they took it off my property without notifying me. when i paid for it and ordered it they said to call them when im done with it, since ive been such a loyal customer. then when i called to see what was going on and why they took it, they took back what they said to me about to call when im done, then changed their words to a 10 day minimum. then told me they needed the dumpster for another person. money is money, period. one customer is not more important than another. they will not compensate me with half a refund since the dumpster was only half full or a dumpster half the size of the one i had. they will not make what they did right and it sickens me to waste my money like that.

  I called Lamela and asked for a 20yd dumpster for our basement clean out and the woman who answered was lovely and helpful and it was delivered in just a couple days. When I asked for them to come out and puck it up when we were done, they came right out the same day, the driver even brought up our cans that were still out to the road from earlier regular garbage pickup. I can’t say enough about how nice, professional and accommodating Lamela was. I would recommend them to anyone looking for garbage dumpster or service. And let me add that I have dealt with other garbage dumpster vendors before and I would recommend Lamela over all of them based on our experience. Very are very happy with our service!!! Thank you!!

  I have been a customer of La Mela's for almost two years now. Switched from County Waste. What a difference in customer service. When I was with County Waste and a pick up was missed, all they offered to do was pick it up the following week. Which doesn't help if the cans are full and you have no extras cans to place that weeks trash in. Also, a portion of your monthly bill is for the service of weekly pick up. Do you think they would refund the week they missed, of course not! Well, this week, I had to call La Mela for the first time (since signing up) to address a missed pickup (which was partially my fault). They immediately agreed to send someone back out during the holiday week to grab it. Great service and thanks again!

  I bought my home in the beginning of September. I paid for 3 months in advance of service and they've already failed to pick up my garbage twice. Both cans go out at the same time. How are you missing the garbage? After a whole day of work, I shouldn't have to worry about my garbage, GARBAGE!
