  I have never had a problem going. They have always been great to me. Don't understand what the other reviews are about.

  If there was a zero I would give it. Customer service here is so bad. The lady here is on her personal cellphone laughing up a conversation while there’s people waiting on her to help them. Who the heck hires these people?!!!! Makes Fort Worth employees look bad! Wow!

  They are used to quiet no English speaking patients who most of them are there because of no insurance. So I guess because they don't talk back they think is ok to behave the way they do

  HORRIBLE! the old receptionist lady is very rude and and does not know how to do her job correctly. Went TWICE in one day 8am and she said hey weren't doing them was told to come back at 2, I came back got there right at 2 and she said they were full for the day. A small "ho how you doing?" Or "thanks for coming" OR "sorry we're full" wouldn't kill her she did the same thing 2 years ago thought she'd retire by now but nope she still there being rude. Rather drive to lakeworth or another location ANYWHERE BUT HERE

  The staff is very rude to the patients. They scream across the room when they talk to patients. (Someone give them a HIPPA class.) They have a room full of patients and they still stop to make themselves coffee. I was waiting outside before they opened and still waited for an hour in a half to get my children vaccinated. If I had a choice I will go elsewhere, but unfortunately some of us don't have that option. Hope this gets resolved soon.😒
