  Had to drop my membership. Added 2 kids to my family plan. Instead they opened 2 new accounts. Charged me a startup fee for both. No one but manager is permitted to make changes and she is never there. Won't do over phone. After several visits that they said she would be there and wasn't I raised a little hell and the assistant manager came over only to tell me he couldn't combine accounts so I told him not to bother. Just cancel all six of my accounts and i'll find another gym.

  It's a good gym however the bathrooms are always in need of a proper cleaning. Do not bring or store valuables in the lockers as they've been broken into in past. Parking is plentiful, the staff are generally polite with the exception here and there. Overall 3 stars.

  The gym is great. Equipment is new and the place just opened a couple months ago but somehow the bathrooms never seems to be even have way decent. There were wads of hair in the drain for the shower and the one I used started pooling water. I'll never shower there again.

  Love this location nice and clean and large. Equipments are great, free weights are in place. Overall this gym is great.

  I've been going here for years, and it has everything you need to always get a good workout (classes, weights, swimming, basketball, cardio, etc)and the cardio equipment is usually smooth-running. The staff is usually pleasant.
