  They are starting a remodel of the pool area. There is child care for small ones.

  I particularly like the 20th st & camelback location because they have covered parking. The frustrating thing is people hog the machines texting and nobody stops it. They put up signs but it doesnt help. Other than that employees are very helpful and they keep it clean. Great for people watching.

  The location contacted me for my keys called several times and they advise that they have them available traveled to west phx and they were nowhere to be found again . Very poor customer service with the general manager .

  This particular location isn't the cleanest. The men's sauna temperature is also not warm enough per my friend. I came today on a Monday to hit the sauna, but they are closed until Wednesday. So if you plan to come in don't follow the hours listed here make sure to call and double check. Clearly whoever is managing this location is not managing the directory listings for members to come in during hours that are actually open. If you made plans to come and weren't notified in advance then that sucks. I had gotten dressed, left work to come and find out they are doing some kind of maintenance. :(

  Planet fitness hasn't put you guys out of business yet?? way to expensive for a membership and not even open 24 hours, rude staff members and managers at front desk and to many staff members coming and going. Gym looks cleaner at night then it does during the morning time. The managers never want to get back to you on feedback about the gym and when our account is frozen were still getting charged.
