  I have been going here for 2 months now. The staff is great. The personal trainers are very knowledgable. And there's never a serious wait for a machine.

  That's it. I'm changing my 5 star review to 1 star until the shower situation is resolved. The hot water in this place has not been working on and off for weeks now. I just took an ice cold freezing shower like a navy seal in hell week, this after I SPECIFICALLY called to ask if the hot water was working today and the girl said yes. That's it!

  I came here with a guest pass from a friend. Uchhh is all I can say. The lockers were disgustingly dirty. Filth everywhere. Dirty Towels everywhere. Water everywhere. The main floor was a mess as well. Never going back.

  Decent gym and they keep it mildly clean. Wish there were more options relative to their equipment like I've seen at some other locations, but this one still gets the job done. No pool, but they do have the steam and sauna directly in the locker room.

  I was at the LA fitness downtown in the sauna and saw a big roach in the women's sauna. I was absolutely disgusted and complained to the management who did not seem to really care. This place is the least sanitary gym I have ever been to, it is so sad that they do no take better care of their gym since there is so much bacteria and potential to contract staff in a gym environment.
