  I've been going to La Cueva since I was 8 years old. They just had a few tables and counter seating, very small place. The food has always been authentic and made using the family recipes from the founder Norma. Her son continues to serve some of the best Mexican food in Colorado

  Stopped in for lunch. Greeted and seated right away and served chips, salsa, water and had sodas almost immediately. Very clean restaurant friendly staff. Got the lunch special. It was fast and good. Would come again.

  I worked here as a 10 yr old. Family orientated,I miss Mr. & Mrs. Nunez dearly. Alphonzo, thank you for taking over and keeping it running. To me, it's NOT just the best food, it's a staple for me. You have known me since I was 7, and you all treated me like family..... AND it is the ONLY TRUE AUTHENTIC MEXICAN food I've ever had in Colorado.

  I've been going to La Cueva since I could remember! Always amazing! Wait staff is great. Always consistent. My most favorite salsa!
