  They are the absolute worst delivery service that I have ever encountered. My weekly food delivery service label clearly states in 2 separate areas. "Do not leave package in unsecured lobby. Buzzer apartment number on package" There is a very easy to read listing of apartment numbers in the lobby entrance. LS driver's NEVER even take the two seconds to buzz my apartment. I work from home so I would hear it if they buzzed. They just dump it in the lobby. Package has been stolen before. Also, in hot weather I would like to know when it arrives so that I can bring package up since they are too lazy to do so.

  This company is horrible. We have had many packages delivered by them instead of walking the package to the door they leave it in our driveway. One guy was delivering when we were out front and instead of getting out and walking the package up to us he made my mother walk to him. I work for ups and this is not how a delivery service should be. Packages are not to be left in a driveway where it can be stolen. If my neighbor hadn't seen it we would t of known about it.

  ls delivered a package to 15 wills place when it should have been delivered to 15 Naden Ave. Now I can't get in touch with the company to fix their mistake.

  Horrible service to say the least. Driver threw package in the lobby of my building never cared to take it to my door. Very irresponsible.
