  As a professional my company expects me to represent them in the best light when in public on duty. I think most companies would expect the same from their employees. Today I ran into the rudest employee of L & J. He was letting a car make an illegal turn where there was no light during traffic. Because no one else would let the car through the 2 lanes of traffic because traffic from the opposite way would not have allowed the car the safely and quickly make the u turn the employee got stuck in his lane. He began screaming like a lunatic that we should all go die and cursing. When we got to the light I told him him to calm down and he screamed at me and spit on my car. To the bald eye glassed middle aged employee, you are so very classy. As a homeowner in the area I will be sure to stay clear of your business if I need plumbing and heating services.

  DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! Liars and crooks. They are liars and crooks!!!! They charged me for replacing a diverter in my bathtub. Said it turns out that wasn't the problem and needed a whole new shower unit (knobs and pipes) and will cost about $800 on top of what I already paid them. Because they failed to arrive on time to finish the job, I fired them and got a new plumber. They never even replaced the diverter, although they had no problem charging me for it. They just said they did so they can bill me for a bigger job. New plumber changed it, with me watching, and everything is working great. He even left me the diverter he removed as proof that it was not new.

  My job requires working with many technicians from all phases of construction, L&J is an absolute pleasure to work with! Ken is always on top of his work and we need more people like this to insure you are working with honest good people.
