::I have two elderly grandparents in my home, and this morning our gas heat just stopped working. The guy who answered the phone was completely rude, and not helpful at all. He curtly told me, "No, I am not coming to your home that is too far away we are in Manhattan today." He did not even suggest anyone else I could call for help. He was completely smug. If that is the way they deal with customers on the phone I can only imagine how disrespectful they will be in your home. My advice...GIVE SOMEONE ELSE YOUR MONEY, clearly these guys don't need it.
