  These guys sure know their stuff! I came in with a trunk lock that would NOT open. These guys took their time on my car, we pulled some stuff apart and fixed the problem. Trunk opens just fine now. Thanks a bunch, Li Locksmith!

  The charge for labor was not made clear when I requested a home service call. Also the charge for service was not made clear. That I paid $105 for a home service call AND $100 for labor IN ADDITION TO the $25/lockset I wanted changed ... seemed excessive to me and was def unclear. I feel these charges should all be made clearer ... I was led to believe it price was $25 per lockset changed with a minimum $105. 1 lock = 105 2 locks = 105 3 locks = 105 4 locks = 105 5 locks = 125 6 locks = 150 It cost me 3x what I thought. Not happy.

  Just left Long Island locksmith. The guys there were great. They were quick thorough and very reasonably priced.

  How many times do you need to call to get a quote. 5 calls always a promise it will get done. Three months and still waiting. Problem is landlord likes them.
