  The absolute worst! Called them to have a package redelivered (as they only made one attempt) and the guy just kept saying the same line repeatedly. That's awful customer service.

  I can't attest to the quality of this shop automotive stuff, which is a shame since I did have some car related business I really wanted to discuss. But in regards to it being used as a UPS Access Point it wasn't the most pleasant experience. I'm not sure why my stuff was routed there since I did not request that, nor do I understand why the young blond dude didn't seem to know if my package had arrived or not after I informed him that the UPS sales person confirmed it was signed for at the location. Anyway I ultimately got my stuff, but it took awhile, dude should have kept it real. Anyway to the boss please smack your apprentice. All the best though.
