  Nothing but good things here. Sandy was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. A smile goes a long way in my book and nothing but smiles here while answering all the questions I had. Would definitely recommend this location.

  There is a reason people will wait to get insurance from Vivi and Sandy - they are the best in this part of town. I know it can be frustrating if there is a line or you have to wait a bit but I have had insurance at other agencies and I will continue coming back here. Two best things about getting insurance here - everyone speaks english and spanish and they always shop your rate. They can write for a lot of carriers so they are happy to switch me from one carrier to another if the price is better. They do the work for me so I'm happy to keep coming back!

  Horrible phone service! Always ask for call back number and never call! I was stuck in the mountains waiting to speak to an agent and they never called back! I end up paying out of pocket for assistance
