  I TOOK MY 2013 VEHICLE TO THEM ON 4/18/18 AT 4:30 PM TO CHANGE MY OIL, I LIVE DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET. I DROVE HOME AND PARKED MY CAR. LATER I WENT TO START MY CAR TO GO AND GET DINNER AND MY CAR WAS TICKING!! I DID NOT DRIVE IT, WE HAVE CAMERAS TO SHOW THAT I DROVE DIRECTLY FROM THEM BACK TO PROPERTY AND NO WHERE ELSE, I CALL THEM WHEN THEY OPEN NEXT MORNING 4/19/18 AND TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED. THEY WALK ACROSS THE STREET AND TAKE MY CAR STATING THEY WOULD FIX IT, NOW THEY TELL ME IT WILL COST ME OVER $1000 JUST IN LABOR TO FIX MY CAR THAT HAD NOTHING WRONG WITH IT LESS THAT 24 HOURS AGO... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR!!

  I would be cautious about this shop. I went in because my check engine light was on and they said it would cost $90 to check the code and diagnose the issue. They did said they would deduct that amount from the total cost of repair, but in my opinion that is a STEEP up-front cost for something that I may not even need a mechanic to repair—especially when many mechanics (or even Auto Zone) will help you diagnose the issue for free w/o any sort of conditions attached. They may have great service but this practice didn’t sit well with me, so I went elsewhere. They also have “Wednesday Ladies Day,” which seems odd and unnecessary.

  Customer service was poor at the front counter. The restrooms didn't have any toilet tissue or paper towels. Plus they charged us more than the price that was told to us initially. The customer service at the register, definitely needs to get better!

  Love this place. The staff is friendly and was pleasantly surprised at how much they can do there. Not only can I get my oil changed but they have a mechanic on duty as well. The pricing was completely fair and I didn't feel like I was getting hustled. It's hard to find someplace to go as a woman dealing with car issues but I will definitely be back.
