  This location is the worst Kung Fu Tea as of yet. Truly inconsistent quality of the tea (80% bad, 10% ok, 10% good) makes it impossible to want to come back here. Even Kung Fu Tea’s signature bubbles aren’t good at this location. Now that Gongcha is in the same mall I won’t be coming back here for drinks.

  This Kung Fu Tea is literally in the middle of the mall. It's a Kiosk on the first floor. I've seen long lines and they have had signs up stating that they were out of bubble's (The little taro balls at the bottom of the drink.) The place could be a bit cleaner. It doesn't have the feeling of passing a "Satisfactory" cleanliness rating being all open and only one sick to clean. Oh Well. The drink was good I've had better at other locations. They should step up there game here so many people get their first impression from this location.

  Every time I come to the mall I get a tea, and everytime there is something wrong. From customer service to the actual tea there is always a disappointment. Never buying kung fu tea from garden state plaza again.

  More ice than flavor. They charge $7 for a large with bubbles...and no napkins. Thanks

  Pros: Tea's are very good tasting and boba also taste good. Nice staff Cons: Not all flavors and teas are fresh (use powders) the boba can get a little hard, however you can just ask them to put no ice and it will taste perfectly fine. Overall this boba shops comes in second place after The Village Tea Shop in Ridgewood
