::Tea is fine. The guy I spoke to speaks great English, but I needed to repeat my very clear order four times because he was impatient and kept cutting me off, even though I was the only customer in the store. Not sure if new or simply unpleasant employee.

::The Kung Fu tea chain is really popular in New York and one of the most prevalent. This particular location is pretty big, there’s seating and an okay atmosphere. Staff is not the greatest and there’s trash on the floor every time I go. It’s not very clean. Plus if I remember correctly this place is cash only, which sucks.

::I liked the concept. The food bites were good. Presentation could use work. Customer service: sucks.

::Service is a bit slow. I think the bakery next door have slightly cheaper prices for ice drinks. Also a min spend of $4.5.

::The decorations are so worth to take a look at if you come in here. It can be really crowded in the summer in the afternoon. They only has a few seats , under about ten seats, so you can't probably use the bathroom here even if you are a customer. In New York City, the law is the restaurants have to provide bathroom service if the seating is 19 and plus. Tell the store associates to put less ice coz it's not worth your$5 to get just ice . Bubble tea is tasty and I know I'm addicted to it but not the ice. I'm everyone is thinking the same as me.
