  I always get a grapefruit green tea with lychee jelly, 30% sugar. Served pretty fast. Not much parking available.

  Nice place to enjoy some tea! I love how you can choose the sweetness and add toppings to them! ( I reccomend adding oreos to your next milk tea) The flavor of the tea never gets buried and you get suck a refreshing drink. If its your first time getting bubble tea( or any tea) I recommend coming here😊

  I went here the other day. And I got the coconut bubbletea with pudding. The large size is great for the drink , by the way its smooth and creamy. the people who work there know what they are doing. definitely will go back today.

  Has got to be the best bubble tea I’ve ever tasted. My friends and I come here all the time and they never disappoint. Students get 10% off when they bring their ID from 2:30-5:30. The prices are nice and so is service.

  I love coming to this location! I was so excited to see that they were opening in Fall 2017 being that I go through this corridor often now. The customer service is excellent. I appreciate the questions and the desire to get the order right. It is because of this I come here and know that they are able to provide the best quality drinks. This has to be the best Kung Fu location I have gone to. Wonderful addition to Bell Boulevard.
