  One of the few places in Rockland I'm able to find bubble tea. Super popular on the weekends so they may run out of some flavors. Tapioca poppers available only. Hot tea is also an option for most flavors.

  Tea house is an awesome store but you can get lost somewhat easily.

  A good bubble and jelly tea stand, somewhat like you will find in Asia. Reminds me of Coco a bit in China. There is plenty of variety, and you can customize the order to whatever you like. Plus, who doesnt love vaccum sealed lids? Only minor gripes with this is order time and lack of seating. They fix those, five stars from me.

  I went to Kung Fu Tea expecting poor service after reading these reviews, however, the two men working were friendly and helpful. The Taro Milk Tea was just like the milk tea I've gotten in China Town in the city.
