::No frills chill yoga studio. No showers but a small change room is available.

::One of the best yoga studios you will ever walking in to. Staff is friendly the instructors are spiritual, wholesome and incredibly knowledgeable. Although I can't fault any of the amazing teachers, my two favorites are Naz and Peiling. Naz's classes will make you work your body while simultaneously connecting you to your inner yogi. Not to mention her incredibly soothing and grounding meditation classes on Wednesdays that I highly recommend you stay for. You will enter and exit Peiling classes with a smile. She has such a positive attitude to life and it's contagious. Her knowledge of the anatomy will amaze you. Ohh and once she hears your name, she will never forget it. I mean never. However difficult. Thank you Kula.

::Karolina is the best teacher I’ve ever had. Creative, smart, kind, and super commited.

::Earthy and real. Good workouts with the right amount of mindfulness. Reflective & soulful without being preachy. Good spot for a heathen like me to get a dose of communality.

::This is one of my favorite studios in all of NYC. I particularly love Aarona's Friday night classes. 2 hours long and live music? What more could you ask for! Try their 3 classes for $30 intro special. You won't be sorry.
