::Crab business***, Buyers, Please, do not trust this store, they try to fool you by big Sign 99 cents for watch battery, it's $2.99 not 0.99, if you refuse, they take the old battery to confuse you, and force you to pay $2.99 +tax not as advertise, The Battery # only on the battery, not in the Watch. If they do that for little thing like battery, what they would do to fix or buy expensive Jewelry. BE CAREFUL. If you’ve got the original battery that needs to be replaced, then the process is very simple. If you don’t, you may have to take a trip to the jeweler. That's why they removed the old batteries.

::I found this jewelry store to have very unprofessional assistance. One person who I believe is in charge seems nice, but the rest of the staff-unhelpful. One staff told me that they were covering a department that wasn't theirs and they didn't know prices or reductions. They did not bother to tell me about what I was looking at-was it 14ct gold or what carat diamond. I tell them what I am looking for and a price range and they tell me they won't have anything in that range and that I should go next door to another jewelry store (which btw is a pawn shop). Next, they show me jewelry that has no range...it is either in the hundreds or jumps straight to $15,000. It's as if they are humiliating you. I felt so uncomfortable. I tell them the gift is for an adult and they show me children bracelets with a piece missing (that they tell me they'll fix). Upon payment, they give me the jewelry box and receipt and no bag-even though the store is adorned with decorative holiday bags and tissue paper. I had to ask for one...perhaps I didn't spend enough to deserve a bag. I don't recommend this jewelry store to anyone. You feel like they don't even want you in the store. I can't even say it might have been a one time deal because there were other experiences, but now I'm truly done.
