  Stay away! Horrible place. Posting this May 12th, 2018. The only nightclub on the entire island is right next to it- it’s crazy on Saturday nights but the boom boom of the music can be heard ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. The room doesn’t look that bad but the rest of the hotel looks pretty crappy and at 3am we could hear tons and tons of people screaming and laughing while we were trying to sleep! I know this is a cheaper place honestly you are way better off paying the extra 20 or 30 bucks a night and stay at the Ramada Waikiki -and actually expensive for such a place! - looks much more decent and no freaking night club or anything loud ruining your sleep. And of course only 1 queen bed when you be much more comfortable with 2. Good location but at what cost? I will never stay here again. Very disappointing. Do not try to save every penny- go somewhere decent- very slow wifi- probably too many people using it- ugh- please listen to me and do not even consider this place... any place that is lower than 130 a night is going to be a dump

  Terrible terrible!!! They had me paid 150$ for some kind of fee when we checked out. No Parking!!! Room dont smell nice. Dirty. It should be $50 a night or less... Terrible.. Front staff never smile... Never going there again

  Good location for walking. They close at 10 and if you lose your room key they will charge you $45 to open your door. There is no parking, all the parking garages around here are 15 to $22 a night so if this is a long-term stay plan on carrying your luggage at least 1/2 Mile to the hotel. The room is nice the bed pulls out of a cabinet there is is small box TV, AC window unit, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, small cooking area, only a shower no bathtub. All in all nice room nothing more.

  The staff was very friendly, we got to rent beach chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment, etc. for free! (Well, It's included in the resort fee). Love the kitchenettes, very organized. We did see a quite a few bugs in our room...the room definitely could've been cleaner. The main downside is how loud it is. No matter what time of night it was we could hear loud people out in the hallway as well as from the courtyard below. Also this is located in the middle of a shopping center and next to a bar, so if you don't hear people talking, you'll probably hear the loud music from the bar. Our room had our window facing out to the street so all night we would hear the sounds of beeping and cars driving by. Also, they advertise free WIFI but.... if you can even get on it, it rarely ever works. All together we did enjoy our stay considering the cheap price we paid, but I will probably look for a better located hotel on my next visit though.

  Kuhio Banyan Club was perfect for us. Super friendly staff, room with kitchenette and close to the beach. Centrally located to many good places to eat. Provided free checkout of beach gear like chairs and towels. Comfy bed. Nothing fancy but clean and comfy.
