  Came in with a odd request, looking for a strip of exposed film (without actual exposures). They were able to parse my butchered description of what I was looking for and quickly gave me some leftovers. Very friendly and super helpful! Thanks!!

  Very fast turnaround. They handle most transfer techniques, but you can't get your stuff by email, or on a drive. It's DVD only apparently. I might be mistaken.

  Absolutely terrible quality and service. They don’t listen to direction and have messed up now 3x on my rolls. All I ask is for them not to cut up my frames when they’re scanning. I wish I can post a picture of the grade school quality they dared think was ok... if you want professional quality service - PLEASE do not go here.

  Dropped off an expensive roll of film. Asked for it to be cross-processed. Picked it up and asked why it said e6 devleop on it and the girl told me that meant cross process - got home and nope. They ruined an entire roll of expired old film. As well as sent me home with one of my rolls crumbled up into a ball. The younger girl at the desk was very, rude and seemed to not give any care whatsoever about the film or her job.
