::This place was recommended to me and I was looking forward to a great experience. The people who work there are NOT friendly or welcoming. I mentioned to the woman waiting on me that I had relocated to LA and I was happy a friend said to try KSA for eyebrow threading. She still was not friendly. I had my eyebrows threaded, paid and gave a good tip. While in Macy's, I noticed my eyebrows in the mirror and a third of them were gone! I mentioned to the woman before she started that I hardly have any eyebrows at the ends. She could have cared less. I even have a big "chunk" or more like a hole on my left eyebrow. I am so sad and hope they grow back. Beware--do not go here! What a mistake.
