  Science based workouts that make sense, clean facilities, and excellent staff that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend going here, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

  I'm use to gyms where i'm dismissed by the staff so it's a very nice change of pace here since everyone is very nice and accessible. The facility is always clean and has everything I need for my training programs. I've had shoulder pain for about the last 6-8 months (surprise, i had bad form in my exercises). Went to physical therapy for 2 months and didn't see any improvement. Been working with Cody for personal training and after two weeks of sessions, i'm starting to see noticeable improvement in mobility and reduction of pain. Cody is extremely knowledgeable and more concerned with ensuring the body functions properly than working around the pain to build strength. They're also right above a dispensary so that's nice if it's a particularly hard workout day.

  I got a $10 day pass here which was super convenient since I was passing by. The space is average sized but very well equipped and has pretty much anything you need. It wasn't very packed which was also a bonus. They provide lockers and shower/towels.
