::Great pharmacy and service when it works. Take away a star for hours (opens at 9am) and how often it seems the chief pharmacist is not available (some meds require their approval which has led to having to wait a week for the meds to be ordered)

::Every Kroger pharmacy I go to has been awful in filling my prescriptions. Yes, the staff are completely friendly and do their best. But WHY does Kroger not begin to fill a prescription until I show up to pick it up? I've never had this problem at any other pharmacy; in fact, other pharmacies go out of their way to get it filled and then let me know it's ready for pick up! They even fill my refills BEFORE I need to remind them. The only reason I continue to use Kroger is because my insurance isn't taken elsewhere.
