  Kroger's is the BEST place to shop! Great saving, I always find items on sale. Great customer service.

  It is a small Kroger. Good if you need regular items. But if you require speciality items, such as gluten free bread you are probably going to leave empty handed.

  Today my mom and I go shopping. I get four gain laundry soaps (along with other things) and hand the cashier (Francis) the coupons. She tells me I can only use 2, so I say okay that's fine but I will just need to put them back along with another item because it would mess up my total (buy 5 save 5 sale) the bagger already put the items in my cart so I get them out, set them next to her as she asked me which items I want to put back. Then my mother says well I'll just get two you can get two and we can exchange some items. So the cashier then grabs the laundry soap that was already bagged, throws them to the side with an attitude. So I grabbed the bag and placed it right next to her and told her since she has such an attitude and problem I do not want anything. After I did that she starts yelling I assaulted her, picks up the phone and literally calls the police. I then am so shocked I turn around and scream for a manager. Manager runs over and ask what is going on. I start telling her while the cashier is on the phone telling the police she was just assaulted by me and giving my description. I scream you are lying and tell the manager to please go view the cameras. Cops get there then the cashier runs to him and points to me and says I've assaulted her. All while everyone is staring. The cop walks to me and ask my story. I tell him what happen. Another manager comes from the office and tells the officer "I think you should come watch this" I try to talk to the manager and he screams "I don't have anything to say to you, you've assaulted my cashier over coupons!!" The issue wasn't even about the coupons, I was okay with not using them what I wasn't okay with is the cashier throwing them with an attitude. The manager (Pete) tells the officer he would like to do a no trespassing and also the cashier would like to press charges. The officer tells him he has to wait for another officer to come to wait with me (like I really did something wrong and very embarrassed to say the least) so he can go watch the video for himself and if I assaulted the cashier I will go to jail. So, another officer comes I'm standing there talking to her and had to fill out the no trespassing paper. Needless to say the officer went to review the video, came back out and told me I couldn't come back to this Kroger. He didn't mention anything about the alleged assault or the lady pressing charges because SHE WAS NEVER ASSAULTED!!!!! I will go to corporate first thing in the morning.

  Nikki in the Deli will be my reason for coming back here. I had no intention of buying anything but she greeted me as I walked by and I was several feet away. A few minutes later Ibwas leaving with food from the deli. Her customer service is outstanding!

  The store itself is great. The products are nice and the prices are good BUT I feel like I need to carry my pistol into this store every time I shop. The parking lot looks like it got hit by a bomb. It's very uneven and horribly laid out. It's dimly lit and feels very unsafe when you consider that almost every time I enter the store there is some drugged out guy or group of guys asking me for money or cussing at each other. They recently started hiring security guards which I do think has helped with the harassment in the parking lot.
