  The store was clean and well stocked. The children love the special firetruck cart when we shop. Thank you.

  No tyson chicken breast in stock, it's on sale, a person would think they would have more than a small section dedicated to a sale item. Checkout lady not friendly, no smile when greeting customer. Only one check out open, 4 customers in line. The '12 only items' was open and that's it, unless you want to use self checkout. Just reviewed my receipt mad as hell know, gave the checkout lady a coupon for a free national hebrew hot dog, which i received in the mail from kroger, it was not scanned! This krogers customer service has really gone down hill.

  Poor service. Cashier is not competent at all; had a simple question and he sent me to Customer Service who took a very long time Literally was there for an hour and just bought a few items. Also, they didn't accept my coupon, which was totally valid.

  This particular Kroger store is a far fall from the surrounding markets nor the Hiller's that it replaced. The bottle return area is disorganized, and smells awful. Unprofessional attitude from the staff, no enthusiasm from the checkout clerks, except for a couple. Most customers bag their own groceries in order to move things along. The Management team falls to maintain the grounds without constant encouragement from the residents in the community. Overall poorly managed.

  Generally well maintained and stocked Kroger. Slightly larger than average Asian selection, especially Japanese food.
